Arrival: 1pm onwards

Departure: Is the end date and not the last day of your visit. We need the pitch cleared no later than 10am (Unless special reasons for late departure is agreed with site owner).

All bookings start at 1pm onwards on the day you book. You can arrive anytime after 1pm.

Due to the site rotation and cleaning regime we need to allow time between each booking to allow for cleaning and meeting the requirements of the COVID rules.

All visitors must aim to leave by 10am on the final day of your visit. As outlined above this allows us the required time to get the pitch ready for the new visitors.

£20 Per Night

Payment can be cash or card on arrival or BACS transfers are available too. Once registered in our booking platform you will be able to get our bank account details to submit transfer. We only accept instant transfers so please make sure you have this facility before arriving on site. Our site policy is that we cannot admit anyone without an up front payment.

It’s easy to book a pitch using the Anytime bookings system. When you click to book you will be taken to our partner site ‘Anytime Bookings’ and there you will be able to carry out the booking and update the booking at a later date if required.

On our site we have disability toilets available for those in wheel chairs etc, this toilet has a ramped entrance and is large enough to fit a wheel chair and room for a carer. If you have any specific needs please get in touch before your visit so that we can make any adjustments you may need.

Throughout the pandemic we have followed the strict guidelines of how we operate as a commercial premises. All our plots are spaced out and you will not be in direct contact with other visitors whilst at Seven Spar Farm. All our facilities are cleaned daily and we also operate the track and trace scanning and registration of all visitors so we can alert anyone of any known cases. So far we have had no visitors who’ve had COVID on site so we have been able to continue to operate as normal. We advise anyone visiting our site to have a test to make sure that you’re not effected before travel.

We are based near two fairly big market towns – Framlingham and Wickham Market. Further afield is Woodbridge and then Ipswich which are considerably bigger and offer a lot more in terms of shopping and facilities.

Both locations have local shops which include a Coop, Butchers, Chip shops, Chinese Take away, Indian Take away and various other foods outlets. There is also a chemist and other facilities that can offer you all the things you may need during your stay.

In Charsfield there is a village community field and play area if you have younger members in your party. Please ask us for directions as you can walk from the site or drive. It’s approx 30 minutes to walk and 5 minutes in the car.

Our website uses SSL encryption and all communications with our booking website are secure and confidential. We also store your data in an encrypted drive which means that no one can access the data and it is safe.
